How do I book a Florent Apartment?
Once having checked the availability of your Apartment you can proceed with your reservation simply click on BOOK.
Through our secure online system you can pay with your credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), or through Paypall or by wire transfer.*
You will be asked to pay the 30% of your total rental fee in order to confirm your reservation. Once the payment is executed you will receive an e-mail with your booking details together with a confirmation code.
30 days prior to your arrival (Check IN date), you will be asked by e-mail to complete the 70% remaining balance by acceding on our website in the section 'your booking reference'.
At that time you will receive a complete rental contract with all the information for your Check IN.
Important: for reservations made within 30 days upon your arrival you will be charged for the 100% of your rental fee.
*Payment with Paypall or wire transfer will be charged with a 2% on the total transaction, already included in the final price showed on the website after having selected your payment mode.
How do I reach the Apartment from the SMN station or Florence Airport?
ZTL areas (pedestrian areas) are changing frequently in Florence, that is why we suggest you to take a Taxi from the station or from the Florence airport.
We strongly recommend our guests not to drive inside the city center. You risk to get a fine by driving under flashing automatic doors.
If you are coming by your private car, please inform us in advance and we will tell you where is the closest private parking area or garage according to your needs.
In any case some apartments are at walking distance from the station, and you can check the distances indicated on our web site.
What if I have to cancel my reservations?
If you must cancel your booking, for any reasons, we apply the following cancellation policy that you will find also on your rental contract:
Beyond 60 days from your check in: the initial payment is refundable minus 50 EUR of administration fee.
60 to 30 days from your check in: the 30% of the total rent is retained.
Within 30 days: rent is not refundable.
We accept changes in Check In-Check out dates if the property is still available in the new dates, and you will not incurred in additional costs if these changes are done 60 days before the arrival
How does it work the Check IN procedure?
It is important to contact us by e-mail or phone at least two days prior to your arrival in order to communicate your exact time of arrival. This will help us to better organize your check in. Without such confirmation you risk to lose your priority (in case we have other check In the same day of your arrival).
For the CHECK IN we will meet you directly in front of the apartment. During the CHECK IN one person of our staff will be pleased to show you the apartment and the area where the apartment is located, he will provide you with one or two pairs of keys (depending on the number of guests) and he will be your reference in case you might need any other information regarding the Apartment or the City. All our staff fluent in English is local, and he will be pleased to help you for any questions you might have.
When can I Check IN?
A free check IN is always guarantee until 8pm, after that time the following rates will apply:
From 8 to midnight: 20 EUR
From midnight to 7 am (of the following day): 40 EUR
How do I collect my keys
One member of our staff will give you one or two pairs of keys (depending on number of guests or apartment size) during the check IN. The loss of one set of keys entails the refund of 50 EUR for every set.
What is included in the furniture of the apartment?
The facilities vary from apartment to apartment. On the website all the facilities are listed. All the apartments have clean linen and towels and all the utensils necessary for cooking. Most of our apartments have hairdryer and the clothing iron ready to use, so you do not need to bring them with you.
Please be aware that some facilities as microwave and clothes dryer are not so common in our Country, thus pleas ask to our staff to be sure.
Does my Apartment have WIFI?
All the apartments have WIFI connection. During the Check IN our staff member will provide you with the password and he will assure that your device is connected.
